A DiliDue Risk Assessment (“the report” or “this report” or “due diligence report”) is confidential and is provided exclusively for you at your request. Any distribution, copying, or publication of the reports is strictly prohibited.
DiliDue Risk Assessment reports are created using a proprietary Risk Assessment Framework, proprietary Methodology, and DiliDue’s Proof of Concept Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered risk assessment platform at www.dilidue.co.uk/NSIA_app that is still in its testing phase and not a fully functioning system yet.
Reports are generated using Artificial Intelligence and public sources to assess the data points and particulars you have provided in the data capture form at www.dilidue.co.uk/NSIA_app.
The data you provide / provided is treated as strictly confidential and in compliance with GDPR regulations. We will never share your data with a third party, unless we are required by law to do so.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the risk assessment reports DiliDue produces, there may be errors in the reports. Errors made during the data capture process, can result caused the AI to produce inaccurate outputs in risk assessment reports. AI may make mistakes due to “AI Hallucinations”. As such, DiliDue Risk Assessment reports should be used for indicative purposes only. DiliDue reports should not be considered legal advice and do not replace legal advice. It is recommended to seek legal advice from a legal professional with domain expertise for definitive guidance.
DiliDue reports may contain negative allegations against the entity who lodged the request and the collaborating or acquiring entity, “the subjects”. Unless there are indications to the contrary, it should be assumed that such allegations would be denied by the subjects. It should be explicitly understood that any such allegations were neither produced by DiliDue nor the persons acting for and on behalf of DiliDue, but gathered by the Artificial Intelligence from public internet sources.
Neither DiliDue nor the persons acting for and on behalf of DiliDue assume responsibility for any claims made against the Subjects relating to their use of the information made available to them in our risk assessment reports.
Neither DiliDue nor the persons acting for and on behalf of DiliDue assume responsibility for the information the Subjects provide in a Notification (whether voluntary or mandatory) to the Investment Scrutiny Unit (ISU) within the Cabinet Office.
Neither DiliDue nor the persons acting for and on behalf of DiliDue will make Notifications to the Investment Scrutiny Unit on your behalf. It is solely the responsibility of the Subjects to make accurate notifications to the ISU.
