Trusted research is the UK's reasearch and innovation sector term for safeguarding the UK's Intellectual Property (IP), its sensitive research, its researchers, and its research infrastructure against risks such as theft, misues, or influence from potential hostile actors.
Our platform enriches user-provided data with information from multiple trusted sources, such as government websites, sanctions databases and more. It then uses Artificial Intelligence alongside our proprietary CLEARA Risk Assessment Framework to deliver clear and concise Risk Assessments.
DiliDue employs the proprietary CLEARA Risk Index -- enhanced by advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms -- to assess the level of risk of a project in relation to the NSI Act and gives recommendations on NSI Act notifications. The Risk Assessment Framework evaluates multiple dimensions, including the level of Control a collaborator or ‘acquirer’ gains over arising Intellectual Property (IP); the Location and jurisdiction of the collaborating entity; Exposure of- and the sensitivity and strategic importance of the Asset or IP, including its technology sector; as well as the Relationships of the collaborator or ‘Acquirer’ with entities or individuals flagged for national security concerns.
