Frequently Asked Questions

How does DiliDue work?

DiliDue collects the data you provide in our app and uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to produce clear and concise Risk Assessments based on the data you provide and public data sources.

How is the level of risk classified in the Risk Assessment?

DiliDue uses a proprietary Risk Assessment Framework coupled with powerful Artificial Intelligence algorithms to make NSIA notification Recommendations. The risk assessment framework assigns points based on the level of control the collaborator in a project or ‘acquirer’ of an asset gains over the Intellectual Property (IP), the sensitivity of the technology, assets and IP, involved, and the identity and origin of the collaborator or ‘acquirer’. Fewer points are classified as lower risk whereas a higher number of points are classified as higher risk.

Is my data safe with you?

Absolutely, yes. The information you provide to DiliDue is treated as strictly confidential. We don't tend to manually handle any of your data unless there is a problem with your reports or your account. In those cases we may take a look at individual data points to trace the issue. We absolutely won't disclose your information to anyone else, unless we are required to do so by law.

Are the Risk Assessments always accurate?

Every effort has been made to make sure that the data and reports we provide to you is accurate and free of errors. However, Artificial Intelligence is still developing. We are constantly making improvements to our systems and are working hard to make sure that you get the most accurate reports possible.

DiliDue Risk Assessments should be used for indicative purposes and should not be considered legal advice.
